Behind Millie’s Mimosa House & Eatery is chef and owner Rob Mathews, whose career has been guided by a lifelong love for food and hospitality. Rob began working in restaurants as a teenager before attending NYIT, where he refined his culinary skills and developed a passion for blending creativity with technique.
From Long Island kitchens to New York City dining rooms, Rob’s experience has shaped a style that elevates familiar flavors into something memorable. With Millie’s, his vision is to offer guests more than just a meal — a place where they can relax, connect, and savor dishes crafted with care.
Rob leads a dedicated team that shares his commitment to warm service, thoughtful cooking, and making every guest feel at home.
